Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be mailed out. We are now using Chit Chats to mail orders out. If picking up from SAOR Studio, please contact for a free shipping/ pick up code. Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do everything in our control to create your order and ship it out as soon as possible.

Most GTA orders should arrive within 3-5 business days when selecting regular post ($6). However, the duration is out of our control. Please be patient, your order WILL get to you, and we appreciate your patience. Another note: if regular mail was selected, we also DO NOT have tracking information. Please ensure the proper mailing address was included in the order.

If you need your order ASAP, please consider picking up at Saor Studio in the Bloor West Area of Toronto, Canada. Or you can select expedited delivery which will include a tracking number.
