I've been a runner for as long as I can remember. It was always my time. Time to think. Time to train. Time to move. It was everything.
Then, somewhere between then and now, I kind of stopped.
I'm in my 40s now, and "they" all say it's time to stop running. But this is when I need it most. To get back to my old partner in crime. To find my rhythm again.
This week I've run ✌🏻 times. I can't say it was fun, but I caught a glimpse of what I've been missing.
And of course, I stacked on a small reminder: one foot in front of the other. That's all it takes.
Freshwater pearls, crystals, seed beads and a whole lot of 4mm gold-filled beads. Because why not look good while you're out for a run? 🥰
